We had Dymond Yang from Twin City Heating, Air and Electric come service our furnace that stopped working. He explained the process from the beginning which was very helpful. He followed that process to a "T", found the problem and fixed very quick. I was very impressed with his knowledge of everything and would have him work on our system again if anything else came up. Thanks for the great service call.
This company started off as an awesome small business, unfortunately over the past few years it seems they expanded too quickly and switched to a commission sales structure for their techs. What used to be a regular seasonal system check has turned into a sales pitch for any minor POSSIBLE thing that could wrong with your system (even ones they aren’t working on, like water heaters).
