What a wonderful experience we had with Twin City Auto Center. I wasn't planning on upgrading, but they had reached out about an amazing car. I was able to test drive one day, the next day I came back and was able to test drive it overnight and make sure it was the best purchase for me. Jake is the way to go when buying a car. He is knowledgeable and fast. Quick honest help made this purchase happen. Many thanks for our great experience. The man who wrote up our contract and agreement is only concerned for the sale. Had to call a couple times on the same things and he was very rude and mean on the phone. They want the business but after the fact they don’t care. Very disappointed but I’m sure they don’t care.
Joe Shoemaker was awesome and helped me find the perfect car. He came on his day off to let me test drive the car again and was really patient while I made a decision. I really wanted a back up camera in the car and Joe made sure they added that feature to make me really fall in love with the car!
