We have wasted two days, with three different service windows, WAITING on someone to come repair our refrigerator. I will be calling Whirlpool tomorrow morning to find another business to repair our refrigerator. We were originally told they would come between eight and noon. They called back to reschedule between 10 and two. When they never showed, we were reassured they would come the next day between three and five. We still haven't seen or heard from anyone. I am normally an advocate for small business owners. I was treated poorly and threatened by the manager because someone failed to do their job. Once I got on the phone and got the answer there was no apology. All I got was wish someone would have told us. I do not recommend people that fail to do their job and blame the customer.
Waiting almost 2 weeks for repairs to fridge. Ridiculous!!!
Incredible service and honest. My washing machine broke and he was nice enough to tell me the truth that it was just a nut that came loose! So thankful for trustworthy companies and people like these folks.
