Poor customer service. Racist and anti military. Will never go or recommend to anyone!

Absolutely the best Yamaha dealer around in the south east! Scot and the staff are awesome. I called them on a Saturday, they stayed two hours over just to see if I was really interested in buying a Wolverine. I bought it and just like promised, Scot and his team delivered it on time! The paper work and financing was straight and simple. I'm no dummy to this and Scot is not either. He made pure and simple. If you want to learn the term KISS, then meet Scot! He will inform you! Thank you Twin Cities Yamaha!

He needed to ask his “boss” about matching an internet price, which would have brought the price down about $15.00. The “ boss” got on the phone, without even a greeting or an introduction, doesn’t ask me anything, just said “you ask that guy on the internet, what he is going to charge you to diagnose your bike or fix it when you have a problem, you have a nice day” then hung up the phone, I didn’t get to say anything... read more

My experience here could have been better, but it was at least partly my fault

I was looking to get a carb cleaned, new fuel float, an oil leak checked out on the lower part of my front cylinder and check on why it keeps dying on me. I was told that is to much work and they wanted me to take it some where else. Sounds like they don't to work, to scared to do that much work or just don't care about the $1500-$2000 I have to give them for it. That's just sad.

Have been here several times and have yet to have anyone offer to help me. In the market for a side by side but it looks like we will go with another brand or else another dealership

Top notch dealer with a second to none staff! These guys know Yamaha and they know how to take care of a customer in need or wether there looking to purchase their first atv or motorcycle. From parts, service and sales there no other place to go for your Yamaha needs. I love my Yamaha and will definitely be buying another from them in the future!
