I rent a unit every year with Twin Cities Storage and my experience is always a pleasure. The climate controlled storage area is always clean, my unit's price is very reasonable and the customer service from Ms. Sonya is top-notch. I really appreciate Ms. Sonya because she is super responsive and extremely helpful. Qualities I need as I am not a local patron.
The manager is amazing! She goes out of her way to be helpful and couldn't be nicer.
The unit was easy to access and kept clean with a comfortable temperature. The communication with the front office staff was professional and courteous. We will definitely use this storage unit again if we ever need one!
