Been going here for years. Love that it is done safely, humanely, and according to standards. I do not ever have to worry if my chicken is safe. When we butchered ourselves I was always worried about getting the meat cooled properly. My family's health is not worth the risk. Love the place and the way Brian treats the birds humanely.
