Care, surgical parts have been excellent. The paperwork required for my std has been an issue. I received one payment and then it was stopped because they didn't have the required paperwork. Hopefully it's all taken care of.
They were wonderful and attentive and had wise advice for me and gave me great care!
I had a PRP injection at Twin Cities Orthopedics that cost $900 out of pocket. Unfortunately, I did not experience any improvement in my symptoms after the procedure. When I contacted the office to ask about options given the lack of benefit, I was informed that they do not offer refunds for medical care, and the only option provided was to schedule another appointment.
