While the staff were courteous, I felt like I was treated like just another body coming down the pipeline without much compassion and sympathy. It felt more like I went to my college campus care facility or an army facility where you are just another widget coming down the assembly line. I don’t think I would be coming back when there are other world class options nearby such as Mayo Clinic. Healthcare has a lot to do with bed side manners and this place gets a passing score only

Kind and patient. Informative. And really, really, good at what they do. Great surgeons. Four procedures, all with fine results.

Do you expect to get through there after hours service with any satisfaction? As good as everything else goes extremely satisfied. It's the service end that they continue to fail
