I found Dr. Arntson to be a very professional and caring person. He is very kind and explained things well. He made sure my new hip lined up perfectly. No shoe inserts for me! I felt he did an excellent job. I have recommend him to several people. I am sure they will find him to be all that I bragged him up to be! Should I ever need surgery again, he will be the first one I contact. He cares about what he is doing and he cares about his patients.
I was referred to Dr Barry by another doctor after not being able to figure out what was going on with pain in my right shoulder that had been going on for quite some time. From my first appointment I felt hopeful he was going to help figure out what was going on…after a few tests he was able to give me a diagnosis of a SLAP tear and some degeneration to my Clavicle. I just had surgery 3 weeks ago and am still healing but him and his team are beyond amazing !!!! I am so happy to have answers !!!
On November 4th, 2017 I suffered ruptured quad tendons in both legs. Arrived at Mercy hospital that evening knowing I'd need surgery. Feel very fortunate that Dr. Barry was there and available to do it! Had no prior experience or knowledge of Dr. Barry before this event. But believe that I couldn't have had anyone better to perform the surgery! Two follow-ups with Rebekah Munson were very helpful and informative! Also, impressed with support staff at TC Orthopedics! Dr Barry and his team did an excellent job, he performed an arthroscopic shoulder surgery on my rotator cuff just a few days ago, and within 4 days it was totally pain-free, as well as healing quickly. The procedure went extremely well, everyone before and after was very efficient, and compassionate throughout. I am very happy with my choice, and the result.
Very helpful and kind. Fast diagnostic and surgery. No waiting time, always on time. When late because of surgery, the staff let us know and re-schedule. Amazing experience.
Dr. Gerlach and his staff were the best! My thumb was nearly cut off by a table saw, and was only hanging on by a piece of skin. Dr. Gerlach fixed my thumb that same night during 6 hours of surgery!! I went from almost having no thumb to having a thumb that's almost normal. Dr. Gerlach was kind and compassionate to me (and my family!) from the very start. Thank you Dr. Gerlach for saving my thumb!!
Did a fantastic job with my arthroscopic knee surgery. Very competent Doctor and staff
He was great got In for a X-ray one day at maple grove and surgery the next day he was a amazing doctor he makes you feel like your more then just another patient 5 stars for me
This guy slices and dices without proper testing to see if it's even necessary. He is too busy giggling and talking to co-workers to answer questions. Told me to return to work less than 2 weeks after surgery and that it is up to my job whether I have restrictions or not. What??? Now with another surgeon who said he did a blind cut and possibly damaged my nerve. In more pain now than before surgery. And good luck hearing back from them. They don't return calls or emails for DAYS
