I just ended a phone call with the billing office over at Twin Cities Orthopedics. I wanted to find out why my 25 minutes physical therapy appointments were being billed at $580 per session. She informed me their standard practice is to bill for over THREE TIMES THE STANDARD CASH AMOUNT of $150 for anyone using insurance. She then proceeded to tell me I should be grateful, because my deductible would be met faster. I made an appointment for my brother here to diagnose and treat his extreme spine pain. Doctor (if you can even call him that) Reid x-rayed my brother and had him explain what he was dealing with - only to ask, "so what are you here for?" AFTER admitting to my brother at 23, he had the spine of a 60yr old man. I guess the patients are supposed to do the guesswork now as to the diagnosis and treatment. I started taking my son here to work out and work on some of his body control issues with a primary focus of sports in mind. He has been working with Karina for about 2 months now and his progress is noticeable. I couldn't be happier with his progress and plan to continue working with her over the summer to see how far this journey of his goes. Tyvm Karina!
