Poor communication
Unbelievable. We scheduled a showing. They didn't show. Rescheduled a showing. Big surprise, they didn't show. They sent us TWO reminders the day of. We tried to call. Guess what? No answer, ever. Do not allow these people to waste your time. They're disrespectful and rude.
Sam was super helpful and personable! We are moving from out of state and it helped immensely to have someone so knowledgeable, kind, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we felt secure and satisfied!!!
