Last fall we had an intense hail storm. Two companies examined our roof and told us we had no hail damage, yet all around us houses did have damage. Early this summer Twin Cities Contracting Services stopped by, looked at our roof, and said we definitely had hail damage. Nate met with our insurance assessor when he came to inspect the roof and pointed out the damage. Our claim was approved the next morning by our insurance company. . We are in Apple Valley and used Twin Cities Contracting Services for the second time due to hail damage, we had first worked with them about 10 years ago. They are local and established for multiple decades. Brian and his team were great to work with, from first call to final inspection. They were especially patient since our insurance company took about 4 months to get the claim approved and the funds sent. At no time were were we rushed or pressured.
