These people have some nerve we took our car in to have it checked out to make sure it was safe for our daughter to drive then told us it would be $1000 when we told them to change the oil they refused and are refusing to give us the keys until we pay them $25 for doing nothing!! Feels kinda like stealing!! Can't refuse to give someone the keys to their car and try and charge them for doing absolutely nothing when we told them we wanted to get another estimate.
