Have been living year for about 8 months now. Been a great experience, management is good. Sometimes the maintenance takes time but mostly it’s done in 1-2 days. Not a lot of noise, good laundry space within the building.
Stay away! This property has had repeated robberies in the 1 year I resided there. All my things were robbed from a locked storage unit and the management has not been responsive nor helpful. When we had a water leak in the washer/dryer room it was impossible to get anyone on the phone to help. They kept my deposit and charged me for cleaning even if I left the apartment sparkling clean. All the rooms are extremely loud, the rooftop was closed the entire time.
Responsive and professional management, quiet and polite neighbors. My unit was spacious and in good shape for its age. Location is the best and worst thing about this complex; 100 feet from a stop with bus lines going to UW, but necessarily also in the middle of two major traffic arteries through U-District (15th and University Ave).
