We have rented a unit for the past 5 years. We have never had an issue until now. A piece of our furniture received water damage. Took pictures, spoke to ladies at front desk who told us owner would contact us. He did. We were told that units did have water damage due to these last few storms, ( this information from the ladies), but not ours. Claims the roof was replaced in January. Owner took NO responsibility. I tried to work with these people my Mom passed and they never worked with me to help get her stuff out I even called and asked try and talk to the owner never could. So now my Mothers stuff is gone. Ridiculous
