Appreciate the time I had at this gym last year. I struggle everyday with HIV and really enjoyed the pool because of the physical therapy. I don't know how to deal with my kidney and anxiety issues and this gym helped out especially the cold plunge. Living with this disease has been the hardest thing in a small town and working out everyday helps and the love & support of my wife has helped Always gotta be positive on small businesses and be glad this gym is around. Thank you
