This place is ridiculous!! We had a great waitress who provided exactly service. Once we received our checks we noticed the 15% gratuity charge but also a charge for tips. We informed our waitress who took our concerns to the manager who then blamed her for the extra charge and the only way to fix it would be to take her "tips" off. The manager refused to void the check and re-ring it up instead he cheated this wonderful waitress out her tips from a party of 10!!!! I will never dine in this establishment again.
