I was there for a Birthday dinner and the food was awesome from the salad and soup to the main course and the people that work there were very friendly and made sure everything was ok for our table the appearance of the building is very clean
Last night was my first experience at Reign. We paid for four VIP tickets for the show and expected to have the VIP seats. They screwed up big time and tried to sit us at a table down on the floor behind the standing general admission crowd. They spoke very rudely to us, talking in circles of excuses. They finally made room for us, but it was clear that they were incredibly unorganized. Also, it was almost impossible to get service at the bar. This place is visually appealing, but the staff definitely needs work, more training!! Food wise- Sucks - there is none!!... bartenders- drunk, who ever is in charge of front of the house management- needs to be fired... worst visit ever!!
