I think more should be reviewed to the processes Twilio has when managing contractors. The process is flawed and not handled professionally. The simple manner in onboarding and off boarding should be reiterated to their management because it definitely does not reflect their ethos/core beliefs. Thought contractors may not be FTE, the professionalism in managing and caring for them should be the same - human. Onboarding was a tragedy, offboarding was non existent.

Not worth it. I've been doing business with Twilio for over 4 years, and out of nowhere they decided to suspend my account and cost me a ton of money in lost leads (our phones werent working) they said due to fraud, yet provided 0 help or facts with where the "fraud" came from. I'm looking for a new service now, terrible customer support and terrible service.

Is there a reason why they call me 3 times every day of the week? I do not answer any calls unless I recognize their name.

Over billed numerous times and when I asked them to address it they did nothing. I made several attempts to allow them to rectify the issue and was ignored
