Twilio support is the worst support team i've even seen on my life, they even fight between each other in the email thread of the support ticket! worst company i've seen support/communication wise
This Company Sucks! Do Not Use Them period! They ask you to upgrade your account then they disable it for "fraudulent activities." Which I get and all because they are trying to protect fraud within the company. All I'm trying to do is send some darn emails! I can't run my business with Twilio SendGrid constantly having my account in review. It's costing me time and money. First off their payment system ***** big time! When upgrading your account the system asks for you to implement your credit card information. I entered my information 6 times and it kept declining so I've learned you can not use a credit card matching your home zip code. YOU MUST HAVE A BUSINESS CREDIT CARD IN THE BUSINESS NAME MATCHING THE BUSINESS ZIPCODE! I even tried billing address is different from business and it still wouldn't work! These idiots call me about 12 times a day for some reason. (I never answer as I have them added to a call blocker). 80% of the calls are from this company Twilio ****************** I've got reverse lookup. This type of s*** is harassment and they should be in jail.

We are a company that's servicing healthcare facilities and schools. One of our API keys was compromised and Twillio/SendGrid blocked our account, which meant no emails or text were going out from our system. which is understandable. however, there was NO ONE to talk to. they emailed us. the average response time was 2+ hours. and when we did the steps they asked us to fix the issue they told us that it would still not be activated until a review is complete by their Consumer Trust case... with no time frame. as I'm writing ... read more
This company is garbage. Signed up for their services through our crm software and they charged us and then shut down our account. Stole our hard earned money. Put my company in a real spot not being able to send out updates to customers. Caused all kinds of problems for our small business. Typical garbage communications company. Do not do business with them, you will be sorry.

Rather disingenuous of the CEO of Twilio, **** ******, to write papers and give talks on stopping robocalls and unwanted texts when many of the these calls originate from the Twilio network.
