Service at my properties as well as replacing parts and chemicals, they’re a full service company and great customer service. Amanda is the best! Always so helpful and cheerful :)

I cannot recommend Twilight Hot Tubs or Coast Spas based on the abysmal customer service and warranty support I have received. I purchased a Coast Spas Infinity Edge hot tub from Twilight, and my replacement cover—which was manufactured on January 16, 2024, and delivered in February 2024—is already failing and they are not honoring any warranty. .
