Visited the open house Saturday afternoon hoping to view a home, only to be met with unexpected and highly unprofessional conduct from the sales agent, Lana Call. Upon arrival, we provided our names and inquired about viewing the home. My boyfriend is from Albuquerque, and I am from out of town, which initially left us stumbling for an answer when she demanded to know exactly where we were from and why we were there. Signs said that models were open. When we first entered, the broker, Lana, introduced herself and asked where we were from. I said we had been driving through the area, and politely asked if we could see the model. She aggressively insisted on knowing where we were coming from and we immediately felt uncomfortable. I politely repeated my response and again asked if we could casually browse model. She let us in, but with an obviously curt demeanor.
