Love the Twilight and LOVE LOVE LOVE playing there. Jimmy is a gem, and we've always been treated extremely well here.
Awesome space, consistently excellent service and food, and some of my favorite bartenders and security in Portland! Not to mention the consistently great shows Jimmy books! A gem in a city of dwindling venues. Support your local small venues, folks!
The stage holds a special place in my heart--I had a heart attack there in 2014. It was my fault, not theirs, don't worry. ;)

Nothing but love for this joint. The staff is all exceptional, from the cooks, to the bartenders, to the sound, to the booking. Between here and Katie O's I've easily played more shows for Jimmy than anywhere else in Portland and always had a blast.
I used to come to the Twilight for breakfast in 2000 way before they had bands and it was always fun. I've seen a lot of shows here since 2003 and have also played many shows with various bands since 2004. I've never had a problem with the staff and have had a lot of fun there over the years. I do miss the checkered floor and the 1950's bar it once had but I'm kind of nostalgic!
