Just had the worst eating experience at Twigs Cafe, waited an hour and a half with an infant and a toddler. Finally we decided to leave and take our food to go (wouldn't have even done that if we were not absolutely starving) to get home and find that the food was barely even edible. They charged full price and then gave us 5$ coupons for the next time. I would not recommend Twigs Cafe to anyone. Horrible service and awful food.
Waited a half hour didn't get our order and I told the waitress. We have to go she sent someone over to our table and said dinners take 25 minutes. Well I said we didn't order dinners we order grilled chicken wrap and rice pudding needless to say we left without our food. The lady didn't have a clue what we ordered. Bad customer service
Are there last Thursday , yes it was busy, yes we had reservations, service was terrible, waitress was rude food was cold waited over an hour for our meal
