I had a leaky fire alarm upstairs when we had a torrential downpour and called Tom to take a look at my roof & gutters. He followed up immediately and scheduled for a time to come in. He was professional, friendly and on time and diagnosed the issue and resolved it right away. He didn’t even charge me for the initial diagnosis and asked me to call him if the problem persists. I’d give more stars if I could! Highly recommend
Tom is really professional and kind hearted person. After Tom found there was not much need to clean in the gutter of my house he said that he did not want me to pay for a job that is not needed. Then he quickly remove those few leaves that blocked the drain pipe. He also helped sealing the leakage at the gutter joint. After these he did not charge me anything and said it’s from his heart when I asked. Such a nice and warm hearted person. I strongly recommend him for any gutter problem you would have on your house.

Tom did an incredible job cleaning my house widows. We had protective plastic pretty much baked onto our new house windows. I didn't think it was going to come off but Tom got it done. I'm admittedly a very picky person so Tom went through every single window with me and he did not complain once. He removed every bit of plastic. I'd highly recommend Twice as Nice
