Brandi was informative, helpful in explaining various types of coverage for car insurance; personable and professional.
These people do not answer their phone or clean out their inbox so I couldn't even leave a voicemail. Have been trying to get a hold of somebody for the past two weeks.
Man where you start with this company!!! If you own any kind of business you need to be with these guys for all insurance the best customer service I have ever had from an agent! Clint you rock brother! Keep up the good work!
Mandi is one of the best agents we have ever worked with!! She is super friendly and just an all around great person! I would highly recommend her for any insurance needs!!!
The “agent” Mandi is extremely difficult to deal with!! She will expect that you get her the information she needs in a short amount of time but when you need documents from her, it takes weeks of requesting it! She will wait until the last minute and halfway throw a vague message together that doesn’t even have half of what you requested!! She lacks communication and will lie! She will discriminate against you! Her attitude is extremely vile! If you HAVE to deal with TWI I would not recommend dealing with Mandi Smith!!!
