I have been a patient at 20/20 for as long as I can remember...Friday, two days before my wedding and I lost one of my contacts, with no time to order more...I called 20/20 in tears, asking if they could sell me a single lense, I knew I didn't have time to order a box. What they did to help was so above and beyond, I will always hold such thankfulness in my heart for the amazing staff here.
I took my daughter for an eye exam recently and was given a prescription of -9.50 and -8.50 and felt that this was incorrect and took her elsewhere to be rechecked and received a drastically different prescription of -2.00 and -1.75. This was a waste of time and I purchased $300 glasses that are wrong!!! Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
