This complex is absolutely disgusting it's filthy I have been here a year in January and the only thing keeping me here is me not wanting to break my leas. I will NOT be here after my lease ends.I have things that has been broken since the day I moved in and the issues have never been resolved and no one has even attempted to fix anything!
We all gotta complain this area to ABC27 news. it’s a very poor area rats everywhere Trash. Very expensive, I lived here for 3years. The landlord lady is so ignorant she only care about monthly rent rather than fixing things. Had to wait 3week to get something fix. Sometimes more than months. I recommend everyone please don’t rent you will find some better place than this trust me. I would rather go sleep outside than staying inside with 90 degrees temperature.
