Hey DONT MOVE this property at all I was lived one year here I complain hundred times of mouse in my house no one is coming to take care of it I have small kids but they don’t care it’s insane rent is like 1500 hundred dollor but their maintance is zero My window screens are broken more than one year I complain 100 times but no one is coming to fix that
Update: It is sad about the significant amount of low ratings on your website from the time this complex was built until now, especially given the area. The upkeep (I would fault both, some prior and/or current tenants and management as well, who do not or did not enforce the rules as outlined in the leasing agreement). The quality of service at the office is awful and really speaks volumes about management and its employees.
