There is so many things wrong with this place I don’t know where to start. My daughter has lived here for over a year and in that time, she voiced numerous concerns. From water coming into her bedroom to mold growth that they refused to take care of for months. Took them over 9 months to install a bedroom door that should have already been there. The lady was rude when I was trying to get info on any availability for a townhouse she hung up on me and and they don’t return phone calls either rude and very unprofessional disrespectful too as well don’t go here .
I have lived in every property available at 12 trees. I am happy with how maintainence responds to my questions and am happy for the diversity my neighborhood provides. I do feel trash is a concern, but newer dumpsters and regular maintainence are happening while I’ve been here and I appreciate that they listen to the concerns and are being proactive. I enjoy the location and cost for what we have.
PLEASE AVOID Moved in November of 2024 and was out by mid February of 2025 after granted permission by staff to rightfully break our lease after discovering a RAT infestation. We didn’t even last 3 full months in this hell hole. From our bread being eaten by literal RATS to poison bait packs being eaten everyday. The buildings are so old and not up to date. When you complain about rats they send a pest control guy that does nothing but put more bait down without getting to the source of where the rodents are coming from. The... read more
Maintenance absolutely poor (zero), their maintenance doesn’t know how to fix AC neither heating and rats omg!!! Office is closed most of the time.
