Update: It is sad about the significant amount of low ratings on your website from the time this complex was built until now, especially given the area. The upkeep (I would fault both, some prior and/or current tenants and management as well, who do not or did not enforce the rules as outlined in the leasing agreement). I lived there, sometimes quiet no issues with that everyone minds their business and friendly, maintenance is a little slow on repairs, and the turnover for help changes very often. The buildings are very old and outdated not insulated so your heating and ac bill will be high. I gave it 1 stars due to the condition of the building and upkeep of the property it needs upgrading for the price your paying. Horrible place to live! I caught 4 mice my first week living here. I have been harassed by my racist downstairs neighbor since I moved in. I have been called racial slurs several times (even in front of the police) and nothing was done. I can’t open the patio door with out him yelling and calling me names or calling the police. I told the rental office and they did nothing about it. They actually told me to call the police but when I did call the police they told me it was nothing they can do.
