The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment? Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure

This was my first and last visit to a chiropractor. As a new patient, Dr. Tweedie did not ask about any prior injuries or medical conditions. He popped my hip and then did an adjustment on my neck without even telling me about the treatment. I left mortified and in much more pain. Dr. Tweedie treated me for less than two minutes and barely said two words to me. I do not recommend his services.

No, they went above and beyond what they told me they could do Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options.
