Unfortunately, we just had an ambulance come after dark who had to backtrack because they initially couldn’t see our address. This is unacceptable, especially after having served my country and community as a veteran and policeman. Please let the HOAs you manage please consider having all the address numbers painted on the curb so they are visible by 911 headlights. Old ladies bad customer servuce
I contacted TWC Ass. Mgm to cancel HOA Direct Payment because my old account is not active. I tried to call your office 7-8 times but could not get a hold of a billing department or account receivable. Each time people transferred me to the Front Desk, no one answered the phone. The request is very simple, cancelling direct payment. How hard it is to talk to someone at TWC? It seems like no one works in the front desk.
