Unfortunately a horrible experience at Twain Gold & Diamond Centre. Bought a pearl bracelet for my mother’s birthday and the strand broke within the day. Pearls everywhere!! I had expected a higher quality product for the amount I paid, and am extremely disappointed ☹️ I will NOT be returning.
Horrible buisness built upon corrupt management that preys on oblivious buyers, and stocks its wares with overpriced FAKE "sterling silver" and FAKE "100% gold" products. The staff are rude and have proven time and time again that they have no desire to show basic empathy to their customers. Plus their earrings turned my skin green >:( DO. NOT. SHOP. HERE!!!!! You are throwing your money away to a greedy corporation pretending to be locally owned who doesn't care about your happiness!

Disappointing customer service and sloppy processes. Twain Jeweler's is absolutely NOT the place to go for custom pieces. Their processes need some serious refining and their manager Diane/Diana has no accountability, empathy or professionalism. We gave them a ring with 3 diamonds in it to make into a custom ring with an inspo pic to follow and the ring they made was what they called "the ugliest ring they've ever seen" (their words, not mine).
