We rented a home in E-town from TW Shortt. I would give Kim and Julie more stars, if Google would let me. The process was easy and well explained. If we had a problem with anything, it was resolved quickly. (Problems were rare by the way) The autopay site made things easy for me so I wouldn’t have to worry about missing my rent payments because of the schedule I work. TW Short was the best landlord we have had and we'd had many, moving often Kim and her team have very high communication skill, which makes you feel like theirs customer. They work for both sizes, renters and landlords to solve any issue. Very fast on any repairs, and very honest with deposit. I recommended to them two of our friends that are going to rent houses. I rented from them a few years back. Although there was a few issues with the house, it was still a nice and affordable place. If and when I move back to the area, I'd more than likely go through them again.
Be careful renting from these people. I was a long time tenant of 7 years at my apartment. When this company bought the property I rented they steadily raised the rent on me without making no improvements to my apartment. My carpets were old and worn out and the shower was falling apart. They ended up terminating my lease because I quote on quote didn't maintain my unit. What a bunch of bull.
