I’m disappointed with my experience. I clearly asked for builder gel and explained what I wanted, but despite asking for changes twice, the final result was still not right. The shape was done very poorly and not what I requested. The technician did not check in during the service to see if I liked how things were turning out, and her attitude was not pleasant, which made it uncomfortable to speak up further. For the time and money spent, I expected much better communication and attention to detail. I will not be returning.

I was in Roswell on business and dropped in to enquire about the services, but I decided to give them a chance! I’m glad I did! Diane was the tech/manicurist & was very professional! You can tell that she really enjoys the business and people! We had great conversations and shared stories about our families & she recommend me several restaurants and they were GREAt! Wonderful person and I’m certainly referring her to everyone that I know. Tommy
