After three weeks of waiting. They informed me my generator was ready. The charge was 260$ to install a crank rope. I asked them why so expensive. It was explained to me they charge 160 dollars per hour. It took an hour and a half to install the 13 dollar crank rope. My conclusion they are slow and stupid.
Do not use this company. We requested a quote to service our generators. They came out, confirmed they could perform the service, and then sent us a $500 bill—with no details about what they could actually service, what they offer, or any information about a service contract, which is what we were requesting in the first place. TW Enterprises states that they service this area, but based on our experience, they do not appear to have a local presence or a genuine interest in supporting customers in Wyoming.
