They were dispatched to my house on a warrantee claim. After refilling the coolent, repair man said "you should also spray it out with a hose." Why he didn't do it himself is beyond me. Two weeks later the AC unit is broken again. I called twice, 24 hours apart, and got no phone call back despite leaving a message with my name and number. I emailed, again leaving my name and number. Absolutely the worst possible experience! TVM contracted with American home warranty as a service provider for hvac. On June 9th I placed a warranty claim for an air conditioner that failed. Two days later they contacted me and set up to come look at the ac unit on a Sunday (day 3). They came out and determined that the system was needing replacement and that it might take a couple days since they needed to get the warranty company to authorize replacement. wow they really mean it when they say $25.00 for a service call I had 3 other company's come out and give quotes and these guys had the best price of all my units are both working great Thanks TVM we love you guys

this is the place to call when you need help with your heating or air they where fast and well priced the fixed what 2 other companys could not fix and their price was even better then there service call great ppl and would recommend them to all my family and friends.
