Every time I need help, whether in the app or in person, the staff are kind, knowledgeable, and personable. I've been banking at TVFCU for a very long time, and I can't recommend them highly enough!
How come when I called in for the third time asking for wire transfer instructions? I was emailed a payroll and direct deposit document. There's no way in hell I'm setting up direct deposit with you guys. I would trust my 3-year-old nephew with my money before I gave it to you
Says drive thru hours are 7am to 7pm hours on weekends but I don't think I've ever noticed a window drive thru?. Are the weekend hours posted up to date?
