Mr. Albert took care of me. He was handling a payment for me directed to other people where to go checked on a another customer who was waiting in the waiting area all in a very courteous and professional way.

Over 4 employees walking around and only 2 working customer service desk and a line of people waiting....things have changed greatly in the 46 years I have been a member. Looking for recommend for a bank with people who actual help their customers.
