Came to the Hamilton place branch today to get some quick cash and a new card. Their system is down and they could help no one do anything. Ever since Blake Strickland unfortunately passed, I feel like the customer service has gone way down and the technology has gone way up! Which intern has created even poorer customer service and nothing feels personable at TVFCU anymore. I had to go to another bank and use their ATM because my bank could not serve me. Great job TVFCU management!
