Albert on Gunbarrel was fabulous!
Olivia greeted me and went to alert Pamela Rivers I’d arrived for my appointment. After Olivia left, 30 seconds later, Anna appeared to ask if I required assistance. I said that another woman was taking care of me. Anna said she was just making certain that I was being helped.
Website says open for service til 7pm Saturday at 5pm nobody available on atms or phones!! Unacceptable. Im unable to access my account and there is no one available to help DURING stated service hours!!
There's a gentleman in your tvfcu branch on gunbarrel he was an excellent helper he helped me out greatly and his name is Albert
Mr. Albert took care of me. He was handling a payment for me directed to other people where to go checked on a another customer who was waiting in the waiting area all in a very courteous and professional way.
