Gave all information of moving and they refused to even consider opening an account knowing we were in the process of moving to chattanooga from a local county that tvfcu 'doesnt work with'
Only wish I could give a 0-star rating!! Customer service is a joke, vehicle title department doesn't know how to do their job. Also when financing a vehicle with this lender know that they store the title in Ohio.... so when selling or paying off a vehicle you may never see your title.... be willing to set on hold or wait for the phone call back that you'll never receive...SO NEW CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THIER POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
we received this very cute card from a bank teller today, she was so kind!
Went to deposit a batch of checks and apparently mobile deposits are limited to $5,000 now? My business expenses and bills alone exceed this amount per month. Please let me know how I can only bank here if I cannot even deposit as much as my bills are per month. Pinnacle received this deposit. TVFCU is a joke of a bank. Once I have new ACH info submitted to my clients I will be closing all TVFCU accounts.
Didn't realize how crappy TVFCU treated us until we went to Bowater credit Union. Do yourself a favor and find a smaller credit union that values it's members.
