This place is AWFUL!!! They were contracted through GE to fix my dryer. The first time they were scheduled to come out, I never heard from them. They were scheduled to come out on a Friday and I didn’t hear from them until the following Thursday. When I told the man that they were supposed to be out a week prior, he responded with “first of all, we didn’t even get the service call until last night”. They keep posting office and tech asst over and over again....i keep applying but they wont give me a chance.....i assure you great custoner service if i am in that office....

Absolutely terrible. They installed our washer door and refused to look at the instruction manual we gave them that had step-by-step instructions. We kept hearing them discuss how they thought it should be done saying things like "I think this should be turned the other way" or "I think it goes this way." They didn't seem to know what they were doing and wouldn't try to look at the instructions. When they were finished the door did not close well at all, and I'm afraid to run it for fear it will leak. When u call, they don't answer, they text u back and ask what do you need. 2 trips and they had no clue and blamed us for the problem. A 1 star rating is too good for them

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I called them, there was no "hello" or anything along those lines, it was "speak" then the boss proceeded to tell me that he didn't make the decisions and hung up on me. Do yourselves a favor and go anywhere but here.
