Tom is a stellar property owner - Very friendly and responsive. I have zero complaints and think the world would be better off if we had more people like Tom in the market! We rented the 3 bedroom unit at the Enclave in Dekalb, IL.
Have had the pleasure of renting with Tom at TV Realty for the last two years. We loved our condo on Penny Lane in Sycamore, IL and would recommend to anyone. Tom was always available to promptly answer maintenance requests, was available after hours and on weekends when we had a few missing key emergencies, and was very accommodating when it was time for us to move out. Great neighbors, street/lawn upkeep, etc.
My wife and I just moved to one of Toms’ units. From day one Tom has been both patient and extremely helpful to us. We needed a repair done and he was on it with in a few hours. I’ve heard not just positive reviews from people but absolutely glowing reviews on how Tom handles things. We feel lucky to be where we are.
