called for service on my 3yr old Samsung TV that was dead. After giving the model# and serial # they told me to contact Samsung for a possible free repair. In deed Samsung paid for repair. They could have repaired and charged me but they didn't. They were honest with me and helped to get a repair at no charge. fixed in same day, and still working great
