Great service and fast turn around on my repair - wasn't as serious as I thought, thank you for the honesty.
Don was great – Don was very helpful. If you have a TV that needs repairing call him. He said he can take a look at my Westinghouse TV but he said that if there were any parts that he needed that I would be out of luck. Basically this crap stuff from China is dirt cheap for a reason...the reason is that parts are extremely hard to come by. He could have charged me the diagnostic fee and then told me that it isnt repairable. But he took the honest approach and told me upfront. That is rare today!
