I would choose another place to rent/buy men's suits or Tux's for a special event and not trust Tuxedo by Sarno. I emailed a complaint to company and received no response. Staff was awesome, but the company itself failed everywhere else in customer service. Sizes not in stock, poor communication, damaged items, wrong items received.
Brennan was incredibly fun, calm, and lax to be around he explained everything vividly fielded questions and left no stone unturned. Ms.Helen was incredibly wise and a nice well of information as well as quickly being able to adjust to your needs. All in all a wonderful place and I'm happy to have arrived.
