Recently took our Lincoln Nautilus in for service (lube, oil, filter, tire rotation and a recall for a software update). Picked it up later that same day with everything completed as promised. Quick and easy drop off and pick up. A special thanks to James for the great wash job!!! He made it look brand new.
I am leasing my 2nd Lincoln Nautilus from Tuttle-Click and totally love it and the Service Center. Yesterday my Nautilus went in for an oil change and when I picked it up it looked brand new inside and out! James Degelia from the Tuttle-Click Lincoln service team was awesome! There was not a crumb left on the seats from my 3 granddaughters ages 1 to 7yrs. James made sure that I was satisfied with my Nautilus and took pride in the job he had done. Tom, your service manager was not interested in helping me at all with the exerting cost. You guys charge me for a simple job almost $600 to reconnect a sensor. I’m a long-term Lincoln guy and I don’t like to be treated so poorly.
