My nails have been on for one month, and yesterday one broke. I went in just to get a fix on the one nail and the lady made it way too short. Instead of taking it off and doing it again, she added another tip on top of wet acrylic and proceeded to give my nail the proper length but now it’s sticking straight up, and it’s also crooked. This is the second time I’ve given them a 1 star review. My first time was 5 months ago when another lady burnt through my real nail while filing a set off instead of soaking.
