I went in yesterday to get my nails taken off by soaking and the lady filed them and burned me and I told her it was hot and she looked at me and said “I have to do this” and continued filing my nails so I pulled my hand away from her and left.
Didn’t want to do take off only. Horrible
I hate that I don't remember my techs name but her customer service and expertise was top tier when I went in yesterday evening about 20-30 min before they closed. I will DEFINITELY be going back and I'll know her when I see her, but I remember she told me she has a 17 y/o son. Looks like I'm unable to add photos or else I would totally show off my cute valentine set :-) I got a nude-pink color, 2-3 inches tip length, and she HAND DREW the cutest pink & red hearts w/black border/outline, and a white extension from each heart... read more
My husband and I both love the service here. He prefers coming here the women here are super nice and welcoming! The service they provide is great as well.
