My husband and I were interested in a sports vehicle, but we were not in a buying mood. I started with Toyota.com to find a car for my 18 year old son. Anthony Pitassi was the Internet Sales associate that responded to my request for information. In truth, I didn't want to talk with anyone. I just wanted to get my info and move on. I received an email and then a voice mail from him that was so polite that I WANTED to talk with him. Arranged to pick up the card on sunday during workday, by the time I got there sales told me the car sold the previous day. He should either email me or give me a call to let me know about that. I don't have to spent 2 hours on the road and no mention the gas I spent. I'm pretty upset about this dealership not because they sold the car to someone else. I'm upset because they didn't tell me and let me driven there for no reason.

As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Mario, who presented me with all the exact paperwork I needed to complete my purchase. He then brought over Leo who was extremely helpful in assisting me in finalizing the deal smoothly.
