Adrian Romero was a pleasure to work with. He works in fleet sales. He tries to match competitor prices the best he can. Chris Thai is the finance manager. He's a good salesman. Very knowledgeable and aggressive, but not overly pushy. I would recommend using their internet fleet department. You'll get better pricing here, but you'll still need to shop around other car dealers and compare pricing. When I first arrived here I worked with some of the sales people on the floor. We had an amazing experience at Toyota of Tustin! Everyone was very helpful, friendly and accomodating. Loved Mike and his cousin from finance (great name but forgot). What brought us to Toyota of Tustin was from the poor service we experienced at Toyota of Orange. My mom bought a Prius V with cash. It did not have an owner's manual. Our salesperson said that he did not have one and that she could purchase one for $50!!! I worked with April Conner, internet sales manager, who handled the details of the lease with friendliness and expertise, and Richard Rios in financing who was also extremely friendly and very professional throughout the signing of all the necessary paperwork. I have been leasing Toyotas since 1996, and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. April was very thorough and answered all of my questions promptly and courteously. My husband and I were interested in a sports vehicle, but we were not in a buying mood.
