Room for improvement I use TUSTIN Toyota to service my vehicle. This last week I had my 30,000 mile service. I made an appointment, the servicing was completed in a timely manner. My service writer Kevin Galanz, called to let me know the car was ready. I was shocked he just handed me the paperwork and directed me to the cashier. I expected him to review the findings, like your tired thread is ..... or your brakes still have ........just some friendly review. Great Experience! They made what is genuinely is a very unpleasant process, a very nice one. My sales person was friendly, upfront, honest and very detailed in the process of buying my new truck. It's the biggest reason why I chose Tustin Toyota and not one of the many other dealerships in my area.

Came in for my 5k regular maintenance. 21 inspection, tire rotation & top off fluids. Wait time was an hour which wasn’t bad for a Friday afternoon. I also brought in another dealers coupon and they honored it! Service manager was great & friendly. I liked how my advisor Tom didn’t update services and let me know my back break will need a change soon. Quoted me a price. This location has subway and complimentary coffee. So it makes the wait manageable. They have a business room where you can work and have a quiet environment... read more
