Today, I had an appointment with Dr. Ellithorpe and Teri, R.N. They were prepared and thorough. I realize that I must be disciplined and follow directions well in order to get well. Things that are worth it take effort. Since I last posted, months have passed and I have gotten better since following the diet, exercise and supplements recommended by my physician. Poor service to say the least. Constant turnover of providers and we are getting out. They do not answer the phone or return calls
I have been going to TLC for well over ten years. I am completely satisfied and implicitly trust the team members. I cannot imagine going any place else.
Years of coming here and I had my first and only experience with Rita E and it was absolutely horrible. She's rude, mean, doesn't listen, cuts you off, wouldn't leave her political views out of the appointment. She didn't even acknowledge when I said good morning to her. No wonder all her good staff and good doctors left. I quit, the service is so bad now that even over text it takes them the entire day to respond. Good luck getting through the phone. I would have given this five stars, although I have been very disappointed because they are a Christian clinic and there is no understanding of insurance company.
