I have been dealing with Concentra in Rockfield, Irvine CA for the duration of my shoulder injury since June '25. I can really recommend their services as being outstanding from the frontdesk throughout. The staff are friendly and work like a clock, in time and on time.
I work for UPS and I have to renew my DOT every two years. I’ve been going to this location from day one. They have always been very helpful, quick to get me in and out. Always friendly. Never had a bad experience. Thank you
I came to Concentra twenty minutes before closing time. They fit me in with and got me out two minutes before five. I want to give special thanks to Kari Christopher who was the best employee ever employeed (only a slight exaggeration). Even after being almost late for my drug test and making a puddle on their floor, she treated me nicely and gave me a hug. Thank you Kari, may you not have any more visitors that pee on your floor ♥️
Fast service and smooth sailing
WhileI do understand the places like this might be understaffed, I have no understanding and why they open at 8 AM and then start checking people in about 45 minutes later even if there’s nobody ahead of them. if 8 AM is for staff to get started and setting things up, they should open at like 9 AM or later
