I went in for an employer drug test and I told them I need the results expedited. They told me it should take 2 days. It has been almost two weeks and I have not received my results. Myself and my company have called and emailed everyday and they just say they are looking into it. It’s absolutely RIDICULOUS!! So unreliable. I also waited almost an hour to even take the drug test which was a hassle in itself as well.
I would give zero stars if I could. The RN on duty had horrible bedside manner. I took my girlfriend in for a lingering cough, they misread her chest x-ray and told her she had a problem with her heart and made her sign a release form with my information to release them from any "liability" since she wasn't going in an ambulance. When she started panicking the RN acted like she was being ridiculous. I went to Concerta to walk-in only but there were standing room only out the door more than two hour wait so I asked him when I can come by. He said come by tomorrow morning around eight. Came by the next morning and same scenario standing room only so I called another one in Irvine and they said come on by. We’ll have you in within 30 minutes. Took an hour and a half for them to get me in and I ended up being there three hours to pee in a cup and have my blood drawn. They just kept taking new people before me because I was ... read more
